If a Wrong product is delivered:

We will be scheduling a reverse Pick up for wrong set and your set will be delivered in a week.

In case of Size Issues:

We provide 1-2 extra nails with all sets free of cost.

NO Refund Or Returns are done for our products.

 

Understanding Refund Scenarios:

1. Cancellation within 2-4 hours but before dispatch of product

We will issue refund after deducting packing/handling and Transaction charges.

2. Cancellation after Dispatch

 

NO Refund Or Returns are done for our products after dispatch.

Disputes

Any disputes related to refund are handled by our legal cum recovery team.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on payment mode. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
